Healthcare that goes where people are
Not everyone who needs medical care can make it through our door. Some are too far away, too busy caring for others, or simply don't know that something should be checked. Our community programmes try to close that gap.
Explore Outreach Programs
Community Health Outreach
Family Clinic's outreach team travels into communities across the area, running medical camps where people can have their blood pressure and blood sugar checked, get vaccinated, and speak to a health worker — often for the first time in years.
Medical Camps & Screenings
Free health checks, diabetes and hypertension screenings, and vaccinations — brought to where people actually are.
Specialized Support Services
Some of the people who need care most are not well served by a standard clinic visit. These programmes exist because of that.
Counselling Services
Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma — these are real medical conditions. Our counselling service offers a place to talk to a professional, individually or with family members, without judgment.
Rehabilitation Services
Recovery from injury, surgery, or serious illness takes more than time. Our rehabilitation team works with you on physical therapy and daily function, at a pace that makes sense for your situation.
Care for Vulnerable Persons
Elderly patients, children in difficult circumstances, and persons with disabilities often have needs that a standard clinic visit doesn't fully address. We provide structured support and regular follow-up for those who need consistent care, not just occasional appointments.
Get involved or get in touch
If you'd like to support our outreach work, refer a community group, or find out more about what we do outside the clinic, reach out through our contact page. We're also happy to hear from organisations who'd like to run joint screening programmes with us.
